Mei-Yu Wang

Mei has indigo hair tied up in twin-tails and pink violet eyes. She is normally seen wearing the female school uniform. She is of Chinese descent and is shown to be one of the academically gifted students. She has a visible crush on Hirata Yosuke.

~! After the events of the first-year Class Vote, she is consistently seen trying to cheer up Hirata, when the rest of her classmates had given up hope. She is constantly told off by Hirata for trying to convince him for something he doesn't want, which eventually leads to him lashing out at her to the extent of pushing her down to the ground, which is seen by Kouenji who intervenes and reprimands Hirata for his actions. In Year 2, Volume 5, she refers to Kouenji as "someone easy to talk to" when inquired about their relationship by Satou and Matsushita.!~
